MDP 2015-11 Time Ext-Turlock Assisted Care Center

The applicant is applying for a one-year time extension for the previously approved licensed assisted living and memory care community. No changes from the original proposal and approval are proposed. The project is the construction of a two-story 67,430 square foot building that will include a total of 82 assisted living apartments. An existing oak tree will be retained and incorporated into the wandering garden. On-site and off-site improvements include landscaping, parking, commercial driveways, and two monument signs

VTSM 2013-01 Time Ext-Florsheim Company

The proposed project located at 2531 W Tuolumne (Stanislaus County APN 088-026-001) is a request for a three-year time extension of an approved vesting tentative subdivision map and Planned Development. This residential subdivision and Planned Development, approved by the City Council on April 22, 2014, created 109 single-family residential lots, from an approximately 17.84 acre parcel. The lots range in size from 4,500 to 12,170 square feet. The overall density of the project is six (6) dwelling units per acre. If granted, this time extension will change the expiration of this subdivision map from March 6, 2017 to March 6, 2020.
