Turlock Recreation Services strengthens the community's fabric, health and well being, economic base and security. Through the years, the Turlock community has valued neighborhoods, natural places where they can relax, walk, recreate and enjoy family time. Through quality programing and implementation, Recreation Services provides safe, supervised activities residents of all ages.

Families and individuals of all ages have the opportunity to enhance their lives by participating in Fitness programs, Sports activities, Family Events, Community Traditions, Arts, Social and Educational Activities and a wide range of enrichment classes.

We are located at 144 S. Broadway. Our normal office hours are Monday - Friday, 1PM - 5PM. You can contact us by phone at (209) 668-5594 or by email at recreation@turlock.ca.us.

COMMUNITY PASS
Our new online registration system for all of our classes, sports, summer and school break camps, Jr Lifeguard, and water polo.

AFTER SCHOOL & OUT OF SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Fun recreational activities and homework assistance all in a safe environment at your child's school after school lets out, or arts, crafts, games, and pool time during school breaks and holidays.

SPORTS
Sports activities for youth, teen, and adults, including baseball, softball, golf, soccer, basketball, track, volleyball, football, and tennis.

CLASSES
Fun filled classes including dance, self-defense, fitness, and babysitting.

AQUATICS & SWIMMING
Learn about our public pools and aquatic playgrounds, junior lifeguard program, water polo, swim lessons, and lap swim.

GET INVOLVED / EMPLOYMENT
Become a coach or instructor, join our Teen Advisory Council, or learn about jobs with the Recreation division.

COMMUNITY EVENTS
Learn about our annual Turkey Trot Run and downtown Christmas parade.

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
Get your business more exposure by advertising in our activity guide or at Pedretti Park.

CUSTOMER SURVEY
Give us feedback on our programs and instructors.

RECREATION FOR ALL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Apply for a scholarship to participate in our programs.

FEASIBILITY STUDY
Strategy to identify and prioritize the community's desired major public facilities and identify the capital costs, operating cost, and capital funding options, including seeking partners.

We’re hiring! Apply to be a part of our Parks, Recreation, and Public Facilities Maintenance Crew! Hours vary with pay starting at $15/hr, hours may vary. Positions include various maintenance tasks, field prep, and janitorial services. You must have a clean DMV record, pass a drug screen and pass a background check.

This week’s strong winds left a lot to clean up! Please always use your green cans first to tidy up your yards and property of any branches and leaves.
