CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT COORDINATORDEFINITION
Under general supervision, the Capital Improvement Coordinator will perform a variety of specialized complex administrative analysis work to support the Development Services Department. Responsibilities will include training, report writing; preparation of staff reports for City council, commissions, and committees; to coordinate a variety of programs and special projects; funding and project coordination with various state and federal agencies, to perform pre-development activities for capital projects; and to do related work as assigned.
