Part I Crimes
The following table depicts the number and types of Part I Crimes (also referred to as "The Crime Index") in Turlock for 2001 through 2008. Only crimes that are categorized as Part I Crimes by the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reports are included in this section. Part I Crimes include homicide, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, larceny, motor vehicle theft, and arson. These are the official numbers reported to the FBI and do not include cases that have been unfounded.
