FREE BATTERY DISPOSAL
the City of Turlock is providing free disposal sites throughout the City for residents to drop-off their old batteries. The drop-off tubes are designed to safely hold dead household batteries and will be emptied and maintained by City staff. All batteries will be disposed of properly.
A part of the City’s Go Green program, the battery drop-off service aims to make complying with the state regulations easy and convenient for Turlock residents.
For more information on the free battery disposal program please visit the Go Green Section of the website by clicking on the "Waste" tab and then visiting the "Battery Recycling" link in the box at the top of the page.
