Welcome to Municipal Services, proudly providing a variety of important services essential to your daily living needs. Municipal Services manages a variety of areas which are vital in having a clean, safe, healthy and thriving community. The Department consists of five Divisions and 144 full-time employees who implement, deliver, operate and maintain the city's infrastructure systems and facilities. We also provide wholesome activities for youth and families.

City Infrastructure
Providing and maintaining public infrastructure facilities and systems is integral to a livable community. Municipal Services is responsible for the operation of the City's drinking water, sewer and storm drain systems. It is also our responsibility to maintain public buildings, parks, public landscaping and streets. Additionally, through Recreation and the Arts, we create and deliver an array of educational and cultural programs that are also an integral part of enriching the quality of life in Turlock and strengthening the sense of community.
Positive programs and activities combined with well maintained parks and clean drinking water makes Turlock a very desirable community for families.
